Office Hours:
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM.  Please call our office at 248-879-2111 for an appointment during office hours.  Referral from a physician is preferred but not required.  If referred, we will forward a report of our findings and recommendations to your physician.

Missed Appointments:
We would like for you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  If, however, you happen miss your appointment without notifying our office, we are required to charge an administrative fee of $25.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

After Hours Phone calls / Emergencies:
We are available 24 hours a day.  Urgent matters are taken care of promptly.  Emergencies should go immediately to the Emergency Center at William Beaumont Hospital in Troy or the nearest emergency facility. 

Prescription Refills:
Routine refill of prescriptions require a phone call during our regular office hours or you can to go http://www.MDhub.com and fill out a form for prescription refills and we will call you back as soon as possible.  Please have the name and phone number of the pharmacy available.

General:
If possible, please call twenty-four hours in advance to cancel an appointment.  This way, we can serve our patients better if appointments are kept and patients arrive on time.
